German term or phrase: Tastenwippe
Die praktische Tastenwippe und das kleine Drehrad an der Unterseite des Monitors ermöglichen eine ergonomische Bedienerführung, individuelle Anpassung und problemloses Navigieren durch das On Screen Display

I'm not sure what they are referring to here with "Tastenwippe". Can anyone help?

rocker key (or rocker switch)
Explanation:
I presume that "Tastenwippe" is only the rocking plastic part of a "Wippschalter" (rocker switch), which is operated with a finger. I think that rocker key or even only "rocker" is the best translation here.
Otherwise you will have to differentiate between various kinds of switches (toggle, quick-break switch, push-push switch etc., depending if it "catches" or just gives an impulse.

rocker keypad

Explanation:
the question is, is it just one switch, or is it a serious of buttons, in which case it's a keypad and we can describe the wholething as rocker keypad. Like these things that some of you have on your PC monitor, it flicks out and you adjust brightness, contrast and such like.
