From a telecom service contract:

"Der Kunde wird die Störungsmitteilungen an die ihm von ABC benannte Stelle als First-Level-Support richten. Sollte diese keine Abhilfe schaffen können, ist die Störung an die _Störungsstelle_ von ABC zu richten, die während der üblichen Geschäftszeiten erreichbar ist."

Explanation:
Yes, help desk would certainly work, but how about maintenance centre? Another suggestion would be fault reporting centre, ok doesn't make for a snappy phrase, but is awfully accurate.
