One last question on this "Baubeschreibung":
Fundamente und Bodenplatte:
Stahlbeton mit Feuchtigskeitssperre, hangseitig mit Drainage.

I understand the meaning of the words but can't quite picture what is meant, how this works.
Can anyone help me here?
Sincere thanks!

with drainage on the (up-hill) slope side of the building
Explanation:
To prevent water damage from rain etc. coming down the hill above or in the ground, a drainage is typically build around the foundation of the house, thus preventing excessive moisture buildup and pressure that otherwise could result in pentration of the water barrier on the up-hill slope side of the building.

Many thanks for your explanation and also to the other colleagues who helped clarifying my doubt! It makes perfect sense and I guess I was just overcomplicating the matter. You are all a great help!

drainage on the uphill side of the building

Explanation:
This is my admittedly not very technical take on the description; the reinforced concrete is equipped with a moisture (or vapor) barrier, with a drainage system on the uphill side of the building (presumably to keep the accumulated water from running down the hill, possibly accross the concrete slab if there is one?).
