Sorry to ask for so much but if possible please translate all sentence as I don't quite understand what exactly is meant here and fear my interpretation might be incorrect

I have no idea why there is a 'Himmel' in that word but 'klappen' means to shut. There google hit for 'Klapphimmel'. The link below: pivoted clamps for computer hardware.

'Schwenkbefestigung' is a generic enough term. 'Schwenken' means to pivot, rotate, swivel, slew. I chose 'pivoted clamp' since this seems to occur most frequently from google searches (20 hits) among fastening, attachment, fastener, mount.
