incoming cubicles/feeder bays
Explanation:
If you're talking about switch cabinets then an 'Einspeisefeld' is an 'incoming cubicle' or 'incoming-feeder cubicle'. With respect to stations, this translates to 'incoming feeder unit'. (cf. Siemens FWoertebuch).

Note that this is a typo. It should be Einspeisefeld and not Einspeissfeld. A google search confirms this.

An 'Abgangsfeld' is an outdoor installation, translates to 'outgoing feeder bay' or simply 'feeder bay'. (cf. Siemens FWoerterbuch)

I would go for incoming cubicles/feeder bays. See links below for uses.

feeder panel / distribution panel

Explanation:
My Siemens Dictionary does not mention either term. But maybe I have an old edition.

speisen = to feed
Feld = panel, field

Einspeisfeld = the panel by way of which electricity is fed into a location or device. feerder panel gets 28 hits; See URL below

Abgangsfelder = the distribution panel, from which the electricity is distributed in the location. This gets more than 700 hits.
