English translation:painted double doors with electric ???
Explanation:
I think the ??? should be the English word for a device that holds a door in the open position for normal use but allows it to be shut electrically in case of fire or other emergency. The web pages below give "door holder device" or "door lock" but the first sounds like one of my translations and the second is just plain wrong as we can see from the illustrations. For cars they are called "door checks" (see http://www.edscha.com/) but unfortunately I have no idea what the right word for construction might be. Too long here in Germany I guess.

color coated double-wing doors with electric locks

Explanation:
(or: ...electric catches, detents)Source: Ernst, W. der industriellen Technik. --- The hyphen may indicate that the "2" redundantly refers to the "double" in double-wing, but this is somewhat uncertain: If this is a parts list, it might indicate a quantity (2 double-wing doors)
