yes that is exactly my problem, maintenance seems to make no sense in my context in many occasions...they talk about servicemode, betriebsmode and benutzermode the all time, and I believe that this text might be a translation from english into German (I believe it might have been translated from service mode, operating mode, and user mode). I am now translating the text from German into Portuguese and have real trouble with the choice of words for these term...because as far as I can tell in English service mode and operating mode are the same, right? On the other hand there are occasions in this text where sentences of this type appear: this function is not intended for service mode, or this function is not intended for user mode....gosh I really can not pick up the difference between the modes!...any further suggestions greatly appreciated!!
