German term or phrase: Dienste und Dienstleistungen
... in unserem ARD Lab enstehen Ideen, Dienste und Dienstleistungen, die in 6 - 9 Monaten zur Marktreife gebracht werden.

Dienste implies online services, but how can these two aspects be united in a smooth sentence?

just an idea
Explanation:
Dienste and Dienstleistungen is pretty much synonymous, or at tleast the usage of these two terms is. Since you said that some of these services are "online services", it occurred to me that you might say something like,
"online and other services"
so as not to lose one of the elements.

services

Explanation:
The German is not particularly good, as Dienste and Dienstleistungen are really synonymous. If they want to stress the online aspect, you could perhaps say; " services, including online services. I really can't see how you can differentiate between the two synonyms without getting repetitive.
Good luck!

I agree with the answer before in part.
The word is "services", but there is
a slight difference in meaning:
a) Dienst-to offer/render service
b) Dienstleistung-service rendered,
econ. kann dieses Wort auch mit enterprise uebersetzt werden.
