Plastic (additives), in situ concrete, availability, tooth (system) Explanation: Try these to get you started. "In situ concrete" is concrete that is cast in place, i.e. on the job site/where it's going to end up/stay. As for "Zahnun," I assume you mean "Zahnung" or something similar. My answer is based on "Verzahnung." Likewise, with "Verfugung," I'm basing my answer on "Verfügung," as in "zur Verfügung stehen." The Urban Conservation glossary at http://www.trp.dundee.ac.uk/research/glossary/glossary.html, can help with understanding what exactly goes into concrete and mortars. For everything related to concrete, see http://www.moxie-intl.com/glossary.htm Too, there's a glossary of masonry termininology at http://www.masonconf.com/miw/guide/glossary/glossary_a.html that might be more appropriate for stuff about applying mortar. see below Explanation: plastic (additive for mortar, grout or concrete to make them less brittle) / in situ concrete or site concrete / grout or grouting / with teeth (they're speaking of a trowel I take it) / to putty or to trowel or to fill as verb but here the gerund is probably what you want: puttying, troweling (US) trowelling (GB), filling. Sorry I don't own a construction dictionary so I can't make a recommendation. |
