In a patent relating to concrete fasteners: "Diese Konuskappe ... dient as axial leicht über die Neubetonoberfläche entfernbare Blindform."

"Negativform" is a more common term for "Blindform", I think. The only reference for "Blindform" seems to support this. See second link for "Negativform".
