"Neben einer Tarif-Aktion für Business-Kunden haben wir die mobile Nebenstellenanlage NETWORK gelauncht."

'gelaunching' aside, I assume NETWORK is the name of the "Nebenstellanlage". This is in a mobile phone provider context, as far as I can tell, the Nebenstellanlage has to do with extentions-routing - does anybody know the technical term for this (or a passable lay term) in english?
