German term or phrase: Vielwerberprämie
Information:
This sentence is a part of the Einrichtungsschreiben of a tariff plan to be introduced

Erweiterung Vielwerberprämie-Berechtigung:
Die Vielwerberprämie-Berechtigung muss um die hier einzurichtenden Tarifpläne erweitert werden.

My interpretation:
As far as I know, 'Vielwerber' are customers of a mobile service provider (in this context) who earn some reward or points or premium if they manage to get more customers to the service provider. This reward/point/premium is 'Veilwerberprämie'.

My questions:
1. Is there something more to it or am I getting it completely wrong?

2. Is there any English version of this term?
