maintained according to manufacturer's inspection plan

Explanation:
This is a common term in German car ads.
When you buy a car at a German dealership they offer some sort of "maintenance or inspection plan". You bring the car to the dealersip according to a fixed schedule, based on mileage, certain things are checked or replaced according to the manufactureres suggestions (oil, filters, brakes, belts etc.). So when you sell the car and all the inspections have been done, it serves as a proof to the buyer that the car has been well maintained.
