"Grundsätzlich werden im Erd- und Obergeschoss alle Fenster, Fenster-Türelemente und Erkeranbauten der Wohn- und Schlafräume (sofern technisch lösbar) mit thermolackierten Verbund-Rafflamellenstoren versehen (ausser Kleinfenster unter 1 m2, Spitz-, Rundbogen- und Zierfenster). Die Lamellen sind in jeder Lage einseitig schwenkbar."
