German term or phrase: Auftrag/Lernauftrag
Texte suisse : guide didactique destiné aux formateurs (formation continue). Il semble que ce soit un terme très courant dans ce domaine mais je n'en trouve pas l'équivalent en français...

Mit einem vollständigen Lernauftrag können Ausbildende die Gruppenarbeiten zielbezogen steuern.
Der schriftlich formulierte Auftrag trägt dazu bei, dass die Ausbildungsteilnehmenden rasch in die Arbeit einsteigen und zielbezogene Ergebnisse erreichen können.
