Die Auflassungsvormerkung wird zur Sicherung des Anspruchs auf die Übertragung des Grundstücks an den Erwerber in das Grundbuch eingetragen. Auflassung Die zur Übertragung des Eigentums an einem Grundstück nach § 873 BGB erforderliche Einigung des Veräußerers und des Erwerbers über den Eigentumswechsel. Sie wird nach § 925 BGB vor dem Notar erklärt, genügt allein allerdings zum Eigentumsübergang noch nicht. Es muß noch die Eintragung des Eigentumswechsels im Grundbuch hinzukommen.
