Hallo,

als Übersetzung für Erpressung findet man in den meisten Wörterbüchern "chantage". Wenn ich § 253 StGB lese, finde ich es irgendwie nicht richtig "Erpessung" mit "chantage" zu übersetzen. Die Erpressung von § 253 sehe ich eher als eine Extorsion im weitesten Sinn des Wortes (fait d'extorquer, d'obtenir par la force, la contrainte, la menace, la violence...).
Ich habe einen Text, in dem der Text des § 253 mit der Überschrift "Erpressung" zitiert ist, und ich wurde gern wissen, wie Ihr dann "Erpressung" übersetzen würdet.
