Je suis en train de me demander ce qu'on utilise en français pour ce "Herr Mustermann" et "Frau Musterfrau". Est-ce qu'on prend un nom très courant, du genre "M Dupont" (oh ye, avec un d ou avec un t ;O)) ? Qu'en pensez-vous ? Que savez-vous ?

j'ai un contrat d'assurance sous les yeux, où est noté "M. XYZ" et entre parenthèses (nom fictif)

à mon avis les "Dupond" ou "durand" sont trop nombreux en France pour pouvoir se servir de leur nom

Je pense que c'est effectivement l'équivalent. Dans pratiquement tous les exemples comment remplir un formulaire en Allemagne j'ai rencontré Herr Mustermann...
