Bonjour à tous,

Il s'agit d'un terme utilisé dans le jargon de la recherche médicale.
Sont en l'occurrence concernés les patients du groupe de contrôle, qui ne reçoivent pas le traitement qui fait l'objet de l'étude, mais qui y auront eux aussi accès, s'ils le souhaitent, une fois cette étude terminée.
