Es ist eigentlich ein Briefwechsel in einem Finanzstreit, deswegen habe ich leider keine genaueren Informationen bzlg. des Schrottgeschäfts:

Die von den Aktionären L. und M. angebahnten Goldgeschäfte endeten jedoch mit einem Verlust, sodass gar keine Gewinne entstanden. Deshalb konnte D. gar keine Dividenden ausschütten. Die Herren L. und M. versuchten dann ihre Verluste durch ein Schrottgeschäft in Sierra Leone zu kompensieren.
