Herr XXX ist humorvoll, den Ausweg aus heiklen Momenten sucht er öfters mit Hilfe einer ihm eigenen Situationskomik. Dabei hinterlässt er teilweise einen „jugendlich-verspielten“ Eindruck. Trotz seiner grundsätzlich kommunikativen Art wirkt er insgesamt eher verschlossen. Wirklich Substanzielles zur eigenen Person äussert er kaum. Er sieht sich gerne in der Rolle des „Abfederers“ und Mediators, der konfrontativen Situationen durch aufmerksames Zuhören und das Vermitteln von Empathie die Spitzen nimmt. Dies vermindert einerseits die Reibungsverluste in der Zusammenarbeit, bewirkt aber andererseits eine „Verflachung“ der Diskussion.
