Il s'agit d'une marque déposée constituée d'un nom propre, si j'ai bien compris.
"Die Gebrüder Thames GmbH in Dortmund verfügt über die ältesten (aus dem Jahre 1922) eingetragenen Marken „Thames“, über die so genannte „Zigarren-Marke“ (benannt nach dem historischen Firmenzeichen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert) sowie über die internationalen Rechte am Wortzeichen „Thames“. Dies gilt für alle europäischen Länder sowie für die bedeutenden Weltmärkte, in denen die Marke Thames vertrieben wird. "
