Bonjour,

Dans un texte de "Management Development", j'ai sous le titre "Fach- und Methodenkompetenz" une liste dont un point est "• Managementmethoden, Führungsmethoden, Arbeitsmethodik, Selbstführung".

Je ne trouve rien de concluant pour la traduction de "Selbstführung". Quelqu'un connaîtrait ce terme?

Je comprendrais "contrôle de soi", "direction de soi" peut-être? Mais "direction de soi" semble être surtout un terme de la psychanalyse?? ("contrôle de soi" de la psychologie sans doute), je ne sais pas dans quelle mesure je pourrais même vérifier l'emploi dans mon contexte.

autogestion : exact dans son acceptation générale, mais terme très courant pour tout ce qui concerne les groupes à tendance anarchiste. http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autogestion

Toutes les scoop par exemple, sont considérées comme autogérées. Terme fréquent aussi dans les mouvements de type écovillage, décroissance soutenable, etc.

Autonomie convient si l'on parle d'un individu.

Sinon : management autogéré ou management en autonomie ?
