Boulon/vis d'écartement Explanation: En principe un boulon est un ensemble Vis (à tête hexagonale) + écrou et sert à assembler 2 ou plusieurs pièces. Dans la pratique, on utilise boulon pour désigner la vis seule. Ici une telle vis a pour rôle au moyen d'une pièce d'écartement, c'est à dire d'une entretoise de maintenir une certaine distance entre deux pièces. Ernst donne boulon d'entretoisement, mais je n'aime guère le mot "entretoisement" que je n'ai pas le souvenir d'avoir vu utilisé. Sur une moto de tels boulons servent par exemple à maintenir le moteur dans le cadre, sans que ce dernier ne touche directement le cadre (il s'agit alors bien de boulons car ils traversent le moteur de part en part pour des raisons de rigidité et sont donc serrés à l'opposé gâce à un écrou).
