Στο τέλος των οδηγιών, υπάρχει ένα σχήμα του εν λόγω ιατρ. εργαλείου: Μοιάζει με τα ψαλίδια που έχουν ανοικτό στόμιο και μεγάλα άκρα (όπως οι πένσες) και ως σκοπό έχουν την υποβοήθηση της περιστροφής των ειδικών βιδών (κοχλιών) σταθεροποίησης ενός ηλεκτροδίου βηματοδότη.
