a) Der durchschnittliche Satz überfälliger Forderungen, der sich im Jahr 2001 durch unterschiedliche Gründe (allgemeine Zahlungsmoral – erschwerte Abwicklung durch Verrechnung mit Warenrücknahmen) von 2,5 Mio DM auf 5 Mio DM erhöht hat, soll wieder deutlich reduziert werden. Dafür soll eine „Task Force“ eingerichtet werden, die einerseits unstrittige Forderungen noch konsequenter eintreibt, andererseits die für das Mahnverfahren notwendige permanente Kontenklärung verstärkt.
