Nel caso specifico si tratta di un'agenzia d'affari. Il "Kundenschutz" in questo caso è un accordo, per il quale l'agenzia riceve la provvigione per aver creato il contatto, anche se il cliente/acquirente si rivolge direttamente al venditore, escludendo l'agenzia. Si usa prevalentemente nell'area anglosassone, dove si chiama "source and client protection", credo.

Questo concetto si trova in tutti i contratti di rappresentanza ma é sempre espresso con una frase intera e si parla di provvigiobi anche sulle VENDITE DIRETTE.
