L’associazione è tenuta a rispondere delle azioni del personale, messo a disposizione o comandato dalle imprese associate, ***secondo i rapporti interni***.

Penso che il senso sia che all'associazione deriva la responsabilità delle azioni del personale per come sono strutturati i rapporti all'interno dell'associazione. Ero tentata di mettere "internamente responsabile", ma l'espressione potrebbe avere una duplice interpretazione.
Qualcuno sa dirmi innanzitutto se il senso è corretto ed eventualmente suggerirmi una soluzione migliore?
