ok, mi è venuta un'idea. Credo che si intenda, quando un software non risponde più, insomma la finestra è bloccata e non ci si può più lavorae, allora si fa una chiusura forzata (e di solito il sistema ti dice: attendere che il programma si chiuda eccc...., oppure terminare il programma...)

ich denke das Wort HART kommt hier mehr vom englischen HARDWARE - das bedeuetet zum Beispiel, das nach einer Fehlermeldung auf dem Bildschirm es nicht ausreicht den Fehler auf dem Bildschirm zu Quittieren (anzuerkennen), sondern man muss auch manuell noch eine andere Aktion an der Anlage (an der Hardware) vornehmen, z.B. einen Schalter drehen oder sonst etwas machen
