Hallo Gabriele,

"Regelgeschosse" sind "in der Regel" :-) Etagen, die von der Quadratmeterfläche und der Aufteilung her identisch sind, im Gegensatz von Kellergeschoß,eventuell dem Erdgeschoß und dem Dachgeschoß, die meist entweder anders bemessen oder anders ausgelegt sind.

Auf Italienisch wird man umschreiben müssen mit "piano standard/normale", "piani fuori terra x a y" (wenn Kontext klar) u.a.
