Explanation:
"Rohbau" in senso di costruzione al "rustico" o "al grezzo" non sembra centrare molto. Potrebbe trattarsi di un refuso nella stesura del capitolato oppure anche trattarsi del nome dell'appaltatore. In Internet viene indicata un'azienda che si chiama Rohbau GmbH. Peró questo si dovrebbe riscontrare anche in altri passi del documento. Propendo quindi di più per la prima ipostesi. Buon lavoro!
