agree  Danila Moro: be', brava, allora direi: pulita e tagliata. Dato che "pulita" si usa spesso nelle ricette per intendere "mondata dei semi" (che potrebbe essere un'alternativa)// volevo dire "pelata" che viene detto dopo ;)

  -> Grazie Danila! Non sono però sicura che voglia dire tagliata, viene solo specificato che va sbucciata, si potrebbe forse completare con "pulita e priva di torsolo" (ovvero come si consumano solitamente le mele). Chi lo sa, forse va messa in forno così...
