Explanation:
Uno "Strang" è un cavo di quelli intrecciati (non so se hai presente per es. quelli di acciaio).

Secondo me è una tautologia (nel senso che "Strang" da solo basterebbe): potrebbe però anche essere che sia un fascio di cavi intrecciati, anche se mi sembra poco probabile, visto il contesto.
