Explanation:
non avendo altro contesto o la foto, presumo le sonde siano state posizionate male, talmente male che hanno creato la perdita. Ritengo che non sianostate fatte entrare correttamente nella sede, per cui il bulbo è finito nell'isolamento e pertanto non sia stato possibile chiudere bene l'apertura.
