Purtroppo, la norma EN 1591-3:2004 pare non abbia una traduzione in italiano (strano). Su Internet si trovano molti riscontri della collocazione fra "flangia" e "metallo-metallo" anche in italiano. Als typische Kraftnebenschlussflanschverbindung sind Nutflansche mit einer gegenüberliegenden ebenen Dichtfläche. Funktion : die Dichtung ist entsprechend den Montage- und Betriebsbedingungen etwas dicker als die Nuttiefe des Flansches, mit den Schrauben werden die beiden Flansche in Blocklage gebracht, d.h. sie liegen metallisch aneinander.
