....Denn wenn der Verbraucher auf einer Krawattennadel, Manschettenknöpfen oder einem Hemd das ... Zeichen sieht, wird er als Anknüpfungspunkt für eine mögliche Lizenzierung eher geneigt sein, nicht wegen eines "Nachmachens" des Kraftfahrzeugs, sondern wegen der Verwendung der ihm bekannten Marke für eine andere Ware als die Ware "Kraftfahrzeug" auf eine Lizenz zu schließen.

Non mi è chiara la strutturazione della frase, la mia interpretazione è: ".... per risalire a una concessione di licenza, sarà maggiormente incline a considerare come elemento di associazione non l'"imitazione" del veicolo, ma l'impiego del marchio a lui noto per un prodotto diverso dal "veicolo"???

Explanation:
per utilizzo del marchio su prodotti differenti da quello in origine (es. il merchindising della Ferrari...che lo trovi anche su maglie, penne, etc. ma il cui marchio se non fosse così famoso non troverebbe tale riscontro su altri prodotti)

credo proprio debba intendersi così
