Der Kommissär ist dabei, mit Kaufinteressenten der Liegenschaften zu verhandeln. Er ist scheinbar nicht in der Lage jenen Preis zu erzielen, der die Befriedigung sämtlicher bevorzugten Gläubiger gewährleistet.
Auf Intervention seitens der Bank und des RA der Raiffeisenkasse XXXX wurde der Kommissar angehalten, die erforderlichen Nachlässe auch bei anderen bevorzugten Gläubiger zu fordern. Zum Teil soll das gelungen sein, doch wird man auch von uns möglicherweise noch Nachlässe in noch unbekannter Höhe verlangen.
