Frase: "Eine Abtretung von Rechten aus dieser Garantie ist nur mit unserer vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung möglich. Diese Garantie unterliegt österreichischem Recht."
Si tratta del testo di una garanzia bancaria. Mi chiedo se questo Abtretung abbia il significato di recesso e, piuttosto, come suggerisce Iate, di surrogazione. Grazie!

Normalmente nel linguaggio legale si traduce con "cessione" ma in questo caso potrebbe andare bene anche "trasferimento"
