neutral  Katia DG: Gewinnsucht ha un'accezione negativa, mentre lo scopo di lucro è assolutamente previsto e considerato legittimo dalla legge. Scusa Francesca, ho visto che in Svizzera il traducente più comune è proprio quello suggerito da te.

Non sono sicura, ma il concetto di Gewinnsucht mi sembra corrispondere a quello dello sfruttamento nell'ordinamento italiano - ad. es. lo sfruttamento della prostituzione. Ovviamente, questa risposta potrebbe non corrispondere ad un contesto svizzero.
Per Gewinnsucht in relazione alla prostituzione, ho trovato "lenocinio" in un documento svizzero - vedi http://vlex.ch/vid/40888730.
In effetti, come indicato da Francesca nella sua risposta, "a scopo di lucro" è usato in svizzera come traducente di "aus Gewinnsucht".
