tutela è termine ambiguo e quindi da evotare parlando di patria potestà: essa, spesso, non viene attribuità a nessuno dei genitori bensì ad una terza persona che prende apppunto il nome di "tutore" (=einen Vormund bestellen, in ted.)- il giudice tutelare (Vormundschaftsrichter), poi, è il giudice che decide aspetti della vita giornaliera di questi minori
