avere la rappresentanza singola Explanation: Ad un amministratore può essere conferita la rappresentanza singola della società (magari a firma singola) oppure la rappresentanza congiunta, in genere assieme ad un procuratore. Quind il sig... dal .... ha la rappresentanza singola della società (o della ditta). Evidentemente prima era congiunta ed è stata fatta la modifica della relativa iscrizione sul Registro delle Imprese. Ciao. Delia |
