Explanation:
alcuni formaggi necessitano di uno strumento da taglio (filo o coltello) con i fori affiché la pasta (di solito morbida) non si attacchi alla lama. Per i "fori" dunque non ci sono problemi...non so come siano quelli con le "sfere" ma magari è lo stesso principio.

Asker: Ciao Ilaria, ti ringrazio per la risposta, in realtà queste Kugel e Locken stavano ad indicare le estremità del filo fatte a sfera (Kugel) o come una specie di cappio (Locken), devo ammettere che senza la spiegazione del committente mi sarebbe stato difficile immaginarlo. Grazie cmq per il tempo che mi hai dedicato!
