Produzione burro al tartufo

Nun werden die beiden Buttersorten in Stücke geschnitten und in einem Mixer vermengt, bis sie eine cremige Konsistenz haben. Nach und nach werden dann Würze, Aroma und am Schluss die Trüffelstückchen hinzugefügt. Noch einmal gut vermengen, die Mischung in eine **Buttermühle** geben und in das Butterglas drücken. Zum Schluss luftdicht verschließen.

Ho visto in una fotografia come è fatto ma non conosco il corrispondente in italiano.

non credo esista un termine in italiano... ma io userei una circonlocuzione (anche se esistesse il termine, che lo conosce?).
Di certo non mi pare la zangola, che invece serve per produrre il burro
(vd. wikipedia: http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zangola).

Anche secondo me non è la zangola. Su ebay chiamano macchina per fare il burro questo aggeggio: http://cgi.ebay.it/Macchina-per-fare-il-Burro_W0QQitemZ26017...
Direi anche io di utilizzare una perifrasi.
