Credo che non si tratti di una facciata a scandole, ma di una pittura per esterni contenenti certi minerali, che donano struttura e lucentezza. Secondo me Schindel potrebbe essere anche Schiefer/ardesia - Glimmer viene dato in Wiki come mica in italiano. Ci sono altri riscontri nel web quando si ricerca pitture per facciate in italiano.

qui mi sembra parlino di un rivestimento protettivo che dona anche particolare lucentezza alle scandole
