dorsale Explanation: Thorakal si riferisce alla cassa toracica in generale. In italiano invece si fa una distinzione fra la parte anteriore e la parte posteriore. In italiano avremmo quindi un dolore a livello dorsale e un dolore a livello toracico. Bei degenerativen Wirbelsäulenerkrankungen unterscheidet man je nach Lokalisation Zervikal (Hals), Thorakal (Bereich der Brustwirbelsäule) und Lumbalsyndrome (Lendenwirbelsäule). Zwei Drittel der Erkrankungen entfallen auf den unteren Abschnitt der Lendenwirbelsäule.
