Ciao Tea, Schürzenblende non sembra un termine molto usato, parlando di lavabi- O Schürze, o Blende. In ogni caso si intende secondo me il frontalino, (intendo quello sottolavabo, non quello a parete) che nel tuo esempio deve essere appunto più basso (non come posizionamento, ma come misure - che so, 10 cm di altezza invece di 20) per permettere il passaggio di una sedia a rotelle.
