grasso puro di burro Explanation: Ohi, ohi; temo che in italiano non esistano classificazioni così complesse dei latticini, ma in questa ordinanza svizzera (trilingue ovviamente) hanno le idee molto chiare. "Si devono utilizzare le seguenti denominazioni specifiche: a. «burro», «burro tre quarti grasso», «burro mezzo grasso», «burro salato», «preparazione al burro» e «grasso lattiero da spalmare» secondo il rispettivo tenore di grasso giusta l’articolo 66 capoverso 1; b. «burro disidratato» («burro fuso», «burro anidro», «olio di burro», «grasso di burro», «grasso puro di burro», «burro per arrostire» ecc.) per prodotti secondo l’articolo 64 capoverso 3; c. «frazioni di burro» per prodotti secondo l’articolo 64 capoverso 4.
