si parla di un famoso architetto:

vergangenen Juni baute er die ehemalige Druckerei der Tageszeitung XXX in eine riesige Motorradausstellung für Hogan (siehe foto)um, inklusive eines VIP-Rooms, in dem D. Hopper und andere Stars loungten.

Lo scorso giugno ha trasformato per Hogan l'ex-tipografia del quotidiano XXX in un'enorme mostra di motocicletta, comprese alcune sale per VIP, nella quale oziavano??? D. Hopper ed altre star.

Non essendovi la foto citata e non avendo trovato traccia della mostra di motociclette in questione (chi sarà Hogan??)non riesco capire
che facevano Hopper e le altre star (della motocicletta? boh)

oziare poi, per to lounge germanizzato, non mi convince affatto...

Se c'è qualcuno informato sulla mostra o su questi signori, sia misericordioso e mi racconti qualcosa...

direi salone (singolare) e non sale al plurale, inoltre forse puoi aggiungere "lussuoso" (secondo Martin) oppure "comodamente": soggiornare comodamente (con tutti gli agi)

oziavano mi sembra inopportuno anche se avrai trovato "faulenzen"

secondo me qui lounge è inteso come luogo d'incontro [prendo in considerazione il sostantivo, poi giri la frase come credi].
Es. in fiera si era organizzata la lounge russa, salottino dove gli operatori russi potevano incontrarsi e usufruire dei servizi a loro disposizione

I have to start by saying that I didn\'t really watch alot of movies until 1988. My family didn\'t own a VCR and 95% of the movies I saw before 1988 were rated \"G\". I did get to see \"The Shining\" and \"Valley Girl\" in junior high on HBO at my friend\'s house. Later I had another friend whose house we went to a few times and watched movies.The only ones I remember from then is \"The Omen\" series. I also had to sneak to see \"Purple Rain\" with my friends. My mom rented a VCR and videos for my 15th birthday but the only one I remember is Beverly Hills Cop. I watched it three times over the weekend. Soon after that I saw \"Cobra\" in the theatre and I was pretty damn impressed with all the action. Then I saw one of the most beautiful,visual, and creepy(thanks to Tim Curry and the all the great creatures) movies I\'ve ever seen, \"Legend\". I talked about that movie for hours after I saw it.

Explanation:
... compresa una VIP-lounge, dove Hopper e le altre star si rilassavano.

Lounge è un termine molto di moda ultimamente e lo userei per designare la sala.

Per evocare l'atmosfera pensa alla musica lounge (che letteralmente deriva dalla musica di sottofondo tipica delle sale d'aspetto dei medici, ad esempio, rilassante, ma anche ovattata e un po' "narcotizzante"...)
