Die einmalige Abfindung entspricht der "Betriebsvereinbarung zur sozialverträglichen Umsetzung der Neuausrichtung des Gesamtunternehmens auf den Wettbewerb".

Ho tradotto: la liquidazione straordinaria viene erogata in conformità con l' "Accordo economico per l'applicazione del nuovo orientamento dell'azienda alla concorrenza", ma resta fuori "sozialverträglich" e la mia formulazione non eccelle sicuramente per chiarezza. Qualche idea?

Ho trovato Sozialvertrag sul Conte Boss e vuol dire "Patto sociale".
