Asker: Grazie! Credo, però, che in questo caso ci dovrebbe essere una formula italiana specifica del settore dei brevetti che traduce questo termine (questo termine ricorre spesso nei brevetti). Non ha molto senso tradurre "...vengono spesso utilizzati procedimenti di lavorazione meccanica che non appartengono ad un determinato genere".
